Meet the Team
Dr. Darrell J. Fraize, LCPC, LADC
Darrell has worked in education and mental health for 30 years, serving people in both residential and community-based settings, as well as students from kindergarten through post-graduate levels. He has a doctorate in educational leadership, a Master’s degree in counselor education, a bachelor’s degree in recreation with a focus on youth and the outdoors, and a “Ducktorate” degree in business administration from Disney University. He has advanced training in multiple forms of cognitive behavioral therapy, family work, harm reduction, and clinical supervision. Darrell is part of a blended family that includes his two young adult children. He is the owner of a lonely bass guitar, a loyal fan of Boston professional sports, and a proud member of nerd culture with a high midichlorian count.

Caitlin A. Forcier, LMSW-cc
Caitlin has dedicated almost 15 years to the field of mental health, working with young people and families in different communities nationwide. She earned her Master of Science in Social Administration degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and holds a dual degree in social work and sociology from Castleton University. Caitlin’s professional experience includes working with young adults and families in their homes, staff development and supervision, data collection, aftercare and transition planning, as well as admissions and marketing for residential and community-based programs. With an eye for detail and her love of creating a fun, warm, and welcoming program environment, Caitlin enjoys developing genuine connections that evolve into meaningful, lasting relationships with our referring partners, members, and their families. Caitlin’s interests outside (and sometimes inside) her professional environment include true crime podcasts and documentaries, amateur antique acquisition, and being southern Maine’s self-proclaimed tuna tartar critic.

Megan Kemna, LCSW
Megan has over 20 years of experience in the human services field, working in public education from kindergarten through college, and as an outpatient therapist with individuals and families. Her academic credentials include an MSW with a clinical focus, an MEd in teaching and learning, an advanced graduate certificate in inclusion education, and a BA in psychology. Megan’s approach to therapy includes a relational framework and cognitive behavioral strategies. She has advanced training in motivational interviewing and family systems. Megan thrives at creating a space that feels supportive, authentic, and approachable. Outside of work, she is an inconsistent but committed bowler and considers herself a master of retail therapy—because therapy works best when we bring our full humanity into the room.
Clinician and Education Coordinator | she/her
Tosh Chabot Alsagoff, LCPC, ARP-P
Tosh has worked in mental health for nearly a decade, including community-based programs with trans youth, crisis hotline services, and transition programming. They hold a Master’s of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling: Art Therapy Specialization from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and Printmaking from Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts. Their current areas of professional interest within the field include: trauma-informed care, narrative art therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and neurodiversity. In and outside of the office, they love to share about and invest time in their never-ending horror movie list, most recent anime experience, joy and mindfulness practices (crafting and watercolor!), soccer captain energy, and rocks they’ve picked up on adventures.

Katie Valicenti, LCSW-cc
Clinician and Community Outreach Coordinator | she/her
Katie has over five years of experience working in mental health, social services, and community-based non-profits. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies. Katie’s clinical orientation is systems-based, relational, and includes a cognitive behavioral focus. She has advanced training in motivational interviewing, executive functions, neurodiversity, and relational safety. Outside of work, she can be found voluntarily picking things up and putting them down at CrossFit, chasing outdoor adventures, getting lost in a fantasy book, or proudly spending way too long on a puzzle.
Ryan Hutmacher, BS
Ryan’s career in Health & Wellness spans more than 20 years as a chef, entrepreneur, and wellness coach. He holds a BS in Public Relations with a minor in Sociology from Illinois State University and an AAS in Culinary Arts from Kendall College. A strong believer in food as a universal language, Ryan created the food-centered therapeutic program Chew On This, a shared cooking and storytelling experience fostering peer connection and self-confidence. Outside of work, Ryan can be found pursuing and brewing the “perfect”, yet relentlessly elusive, French press coffee. Once caffeinated, Ryan enjoys mushroom foraging, travel, and bringing form and fashion to intense ping-pong matches.
